I'm going to be starting this blog, finally, and in the next little while I'm going to post recipes for the following;

- Jackfruit Carnitas
- "Carne" Asada
- Veg. Pozole
- "Chicken Katsu" Curry
- My monster chilli
- Kale scramble
- Hominy scramble
- Gurdeg (Javanese curry)
- Sriracha spare "ribs"

And I'm sure we'll wind up with quite a few more recipes... these are just the things I've got a hankering for at the moment.
